Attendance and Leave Policy

At Indian Public School Howrah, we believe that regular attendance is essential for the academic and personal growth of every student. We request all parents and guardians to ensure that their children attend school regularly and avoid unnecessary absences. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

01

Record of Absence

Record of Absence: Students returning after being absent must have the “Record for Non-Attendance” filled by their parent/guardian for each day missed, stating the reason for absence.

02

Medical Absence

Medical Absence: Students returning after an infectious or contagious illness must submit a doctor’s fitness certificate. Quarantine periods for common illnesses:

Chicken Pox: Until all scabs have fallen off.

03

School Infirmary

04

Regular Attendance
