Fee Payment Process at Indian Public School Howrah

At Indian Public School Howrah, we aim to make the fee payment process smooth, transparent, and convenient for all parents. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Fee Slip Generation & Notification

The school generates the fee slip at least 15 days before the start of every quarter.
Once the fee slip is generated, parents are informed via SMS on their registered mobile number.
Please ensure your mobile number is updated with the school to receive timely notifications.

Modes of Payment

We offer two convenient modes for fee payment:

1. Online Payment

Parents can pay fees online by logging into the Vawsum app.
This method is quick, secure, and can be done from the comfort of your home.
In case of any dispute regarding non-receipt of fees by the school, parents may be asked to submit their bank statement as proof that the payment was debited from their account.

2. Offline Payment

Parents may deposit the fee via Cheque or Demand Draft (DD) at the School Office.
Please ensure all cheques/DDs are correctly filled and submitted before the due date.

Important Notes

Always retain the parent’s copy of the fee slip until the end of the academic session for your records.
