Meeting the Principal, Teachers, and Coordinators

We understand that parents may sometimes wish to discuss their child’s progress, address concerns, or seek guidance from the Principal, class teachers, coordinators, or subject teachers outside of scheduled Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs). To ensure that teachers and staff can give you their full attention without disrupting classroom activities, we kindly request that:

• All meetings with the Principal, class teachers, coordinators, or subject teachers must be scheduled in advance.
• Appointments should be made on working days during office hours.
• To request a meeting, please contact the school office by phone, email, or in person. Our staff will help you set up a convenient time slot.

Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)

While regular PTMs are organized throughout the academic year for formal discussions about your child’s academic and personal development, we recognize that there may be occasions when you need to speak to a teacher or the Principal at other times.
